How it started 👋🏼
Hayley, the founder of BobbyMac Design, had a dream to take her business to new heights. It had evolved so much over the years she’d been in business, and while she’d experienced incredible growth, the messaging and copy no longer reflected where she wanted to go. She wanted to attract higher quality clients and more of her dream clients. You bet I started wondering what this vision really looked like so I could help to get her there!

We started where all great projects begin (IMHO) — brand strategy. Brand strategy provides the foundation for everything to follow. It involved working through my Core 4 Framework: brand core (what drives her), brand positioning (what makes her unique in the market and minds of customers compared to the thousands of other creative studios out there), brand voice (how she’ll communicate) and brand actions (how she’ll act).
